Browser-based scanning
Signed-in staff open the scan page in the customer portal, point the camera at the wallet QR, or paste a barcode wedge result. MemberPass routes to the right flow: loyalty manage, gift card till, event ticket verify, daily pass check-in, or coupon redeem.
Loyalty at the counter
For stamp or points programmes, staff add stamps or points, redeem rewards, or record spend-based earn from the manage screen. Customers see updates on the pass subject to platform refresh behaviour.
Gift cards and events
Gift card passes support top-up and full-balance redeem at till. Event tickets support verify-and-admit. Daily passes support check-in for single-day access programmes.
