Public signup and join links

One branded URL per programme

Each pass programme can expose a public join page at a stable URL under your organisation slug. Print the QR on counters, posters, or email — customers complete a short form and add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

You choose which fields to collect (name, email, and programme-specific questions). Turnstile verification can be enabled where configured.

Approval before issue

For membership-style programmes you can require committee approval before a pass is issued. Pending applications appear in your members list; approve with an official member ID or reject.

That workflow suits clubs that need to vet joiners while still offering modern wallet signup.
